[IP Solution] Panasonic Integrated Camera and IP Decoder Compatibility

The following problem has been found in the combination of some integrated cameras and our IP decoders.

• You cannot register the camera.
• You cannot perform PTZ after you registerd the camera

There is no solution to this problem. If this problems is found in actual device verification, you cannot use the camera with our IP decoder.

Cameras recognized to cause the problem: AW-UR100, AW-UE4KGN, AW-UE4WGN
Other integrated cameras may also have compatibility problem. For cameras that are not listed in our compatibility verification result, please verify the actual devices in advance.

[IP decoder settings]

1. Select "Camera Registration" to display the camera list.

2. Check the position number and click "Manual Registration".

3. Select "DirectUri" for "Protocol", enter the following information, and click "OK".

4. Click "Apply".

Check if the video from the camera is displayed on the IP decoder.
