FAQs

The monitor connected via DisplayPort does not show any image.

The monitor connected via DisplayPort ?fairly infrequently does not show any image after the PC boots or recovers from sleep mode. In this case, please turn off and on the 1st power of the monitor or reboot the PC.

Some monitors have a function to improve the compatibility. For the details, please refer to the manual of the monitor you're using.
